Fox’s Run is a boutique Truffiere in the Southern Highlands, producing Black Perigord Truffles. Although new to this industry, the owners, Colin and Shellie, are committed to establishing a recognised brand within the industry. This is a long term commitment that we hope will provide increasing yields over the ensuing years.
